Job Description
Position Overview
Wellness Road Psychology is seeking Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHC) to join our compassionate and growing team. This is a fee-for-service position, offering flexibility and autonomy for clinicians looking to create their own schedules. Both part-time and full-time roles are available.
This position is fully remote for the state of New Jersey.
Compensation
- Fee-for-Service: Starting at $75 per session, with opportunities for rate increases based on performance and tenure.
- Earning potential increases with caseload size and productivity.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual, couples, or family therapy
- Participate in clinical consultations
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field (Required)
- Active LCSW or LMHC license in New Jersey State (Required, independent practice level—no supervision required)
- Strong clinical foundation in evidence-based approaches (Preferred modalities: CBT, DBT, REBT, ACT)
- Experience with couples therapy (preferred)
- Comfortable working independently while maintaining strong ethical and clinical standards
Work Schedule
- Fully flexible schedule (Monday through Sunday options)
- Expected hours: 20–32 per week
- Hybrid model: telehealth and on-site sessions (optional)
