Position Overview 

The reason this position was created is… 

As the Property Access Coordinator, you are expected to retrieve all access information for operational projects of ID360 and RPM. Specifically, this will include effective communication skills and persistent efforts to obtain the necessary information that will support and sustain daily access to properties for our field teams. 

 

Position Responsibilities 

In this position, the most important ways to spend time each day is… 

Access Coordination 

  • Email and call property managers to obtain checklist access information for all RPM projects, including lockbox codes for all vacancies, riser rooms, electrical rooms, roof ladders, shared areas, in addition to onsite and irrigation contacts. 
  • Email and call property managers to obtain checklist access information for all ID360 projects including lockbox codes for all vacancies, riser rooms, electrical rooms, roof ladders, in addition to onsite contact information. 
  • Create and communicate property access letters for our field teams. 
  • Relay access data into CRM for effective transfer to field team assignments. 
  • Serve as support to the logistics coordinators and logistics manager. 
  • Book hotels, rentals, and flights for field teams when needed. 

Reporting & Administration 

  • Prepare and deliver daily access on newly ordered projects. 
  • Reports to and keeps the Logistics Manageaware of logistical successes, concerns, and potential issues with access as it relates to scheduling. 
  • Work with the logistics coordinators to provide the needed access in a timely fashion. 
  • Complete HR-related paperwork accurately and on time. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Persistent communication skills with experience working with clients. 
  • Demonstrated expertise in the necessary access information. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Experience in travel booking services. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Prior experience in logistics or operational roles or similar role. 
  • Experience with CRM systems, outlook, and sharepoint platforms. 
  • Associate’s degree or higher.
