Role Description

This role is a hands-on technical leadership position at the intersection of AI, automation, and business operations. You will design and implement AI-powered workflows, integrations, and data infrastructure that drive efficiency across commercial, marketing, and operational teams.

  • Build automation infrastructure to eliminate manual workflows using tools like Zapier, n8n, Make, and custom API integrations
  • Design, implement, and deploy AI-powered solutions to optimize cross-functional business processes
  • Create custom integrations between internal systems and external platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Omni, InCycle, Clay) via APIs and webhooks
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Marketing Ops, BizOps, RevOps, and Sales Ops to align technology with business strategy
  • Maintain data pipelines and ensure reliable flow of information across business systems
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications, driving initiatives from concept to execution
  • Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and AI adoption across operations

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in technical operations, growth technology, or similar roles with hands-on experience in automation, integrations, and AI/ML implementation
  • Proficiency with APIs, webhooks, data connectors, and automation platforms
  • Experience with AI/ML tools applied to business workflows, lead scoring, content optimization, or process automation
  • Strong understanding of business metrics including conversion funnels, attribution models, and operational KPIs
  • Ability to architect scalable, maintainable technical solutions in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills to partner with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Startup experience or comfort working in ambiguous environments with rapidly evolving priorities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with marketing tech stacks, CRM systems, or sales operations platforms
  • Knowledge of cloud-based data infrastructure and analytics tools
  • Prior experience leading cross-functional projects to operationalize AI or automation initiatives

  • Base salary and bonus range: $135,000 - $195,000 USD, with performance-based company-wide bonus opportunities
