Role Description

As an Automation Developer with expertise in UIPath and Agentic AI skills, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automated processes using UIPath and advanced AI capabilities to enhance business operations.

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using UIPath, integrating agentic AI elements.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Document and map existing business processes to identify areas for automation.
• Conduct testing on RPA solutions and agentic AI integrations.
• Maintain, enhance, and optimize existing RPA and AI solutions.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to integrate RPA and AI solutions.
• Provide training and support to end-users and project teams on implemented solutions.
• Stay updated on the latest RPA and Agentic AI trends and technologies.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• United States citizen with the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
• Preference for candidates with a Public Trust designation at the time of hire.
• UIPath certifications such as UIPath Advanced Developer Certification are a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an RPA Developer, with significant experience using UIPath.
• Strong understanding of process automation, workflow, AI capabilities, and system integration.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Python, or Java.
• Experience with database management and SQL.
• Ability to analyze business processes and identify improvement areas.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

• Experience in Agile and Scrum project management methodologies.
• Knowledge of other RPA tools or frameworks and their AI capabilities.
• Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
