Role Description
This role is responsible for driving growth across web, app, and owned marketing channels by leading experimentation, optimizing the customer journey, and scaling initiatives that increase acquisition, engagement, conversion, retention, and lifetime value. You will own the end-to-end growth strategy, translating business objectives into actionable product requirements and high-velocity experiments. This is a hands-on position that combines analytical rigor, customer-centric thinking, and cross-functional collaboration. You will work closely with Engineering, Marketing, and Data teams to implement scalable growth solutions and deliver measurable impact.
- Define and execute the growth strategy across web, app, and owned marketing channels to optimize acquisition, engagement, conversion, retention, and lifetime value
- Identify and prioritize high-impact growth opportunities and lead end-to-end implementation, including backlog management and sprint planning
- Design, run, and analyze A/B and multivariate experiments to optimize the customer journey and improve funnel metrics
- Collaborate with Engineering to build scalable growth features and with Marketing to align campaigns with high-converting product experiences
- Partner with Data and Analytics to define, track, and report on North Star metrics and leading indicators of growth
- Act as a strategic partner to Marketing, enabling personalization, lifecycle campaigns, content operations, and experimentation
- Communicate results, insights, and trade-offs clearly to executive and cross-functional stakeholders
Qualifications
- 7+ years of Product Management or Product Ownership experience in consumer software, e-commerce, or platform environments
- Proven success in driving measurable growth in B2C e-commerce or marketplace settings
- Expertise in A/B testing, multivariate experimentation, and data-driven decision-making
- Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, SQL, or similar platforms
- Ability to work with Engineers on APIs, tracking pixels, and event schemas to ensure accurate attribution
- Excellent communication skills, translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, roadmap planning, and prioritization based on business impact
- Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and ability to contribute to design discussions
- Customer-first mindset with a focus on outcomes and measurable results

- Experience optimizing international e-commerce funnels
- Background in SEO-driven product growth or referral program management
- Experience managing multi-brand or global e-commerce platforms
