In this role, you will be responsible for managing reservations, coordinating schedules, and ensuring clients receive accurate, timely, and professional support throughout the booking process.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly, thrives in a structured environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional client care through strong communication and follow-through.
- Process reservations, confirmations, and schedule updates with precision
- Communicate with clients to gather required details and provide clear updates
- Review bookings and documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Monitor timelines and proactively follow up on outstanding items
- Maintain organized digital records within established systems
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience
- Provide dependable support before, during, and after the booking process
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Comfortable navigating online platforms and digital systems
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting
- Customer service, scheduling, or administrative experience preferred (not required)
