• Manage all aspects of assigned projects from contract review to implementation and completion • Develop and execute detailed project work plans including resource allocation • Track project performance and address roadblocks to ensure timely delivery • Provide mentorship to junior team members • Actively engage with clients to understand needs and ensure alignment • Communicate project status and updates clearly to stakeholders • Participate in financial aspects of projects including revenue forecasting
