The Role:
DailyPay is seeking a passionate, accountable, and motivated Sr. Implementation Project Manager to join our growing team. The Sr. Implementation Project Manager’s role includes initiating, planning, and executing key deliverables throughout the implementation lifecycle, ensuring our strategic projects meet or exceed timeline estimates and client success expectations.
The successful candidate will be one who utilizes leadership, clear communication, and project management skills to positively influence project teams and own the overall success of DailyPay’s strategic implementations.

How You Will Make an Impact:
Core Responsibilities
End-to-End Delivery: The Sr. Implementation Project Manager owns the customer lifecycle from the point of sale through "Go-Live," ensuring the program setup aligns with the client's business goals
Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary bridge between the client’s sponsors and your internal teams
Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify "scope creep" and technical hurdles that could delay the timeline or inflate the budget
Provide strategic alignment and increase visibility across DailyPay’s portfolio of active implementations
Conflict Resolution: Managing the friction that occurs when teams encounter issues or blockers
Develop and manage organizational process assets and tools to gain efficiencies across projects
Technical & Professional Experience
SaaS Implementation Knowledge: Experience with API integrations, data migrations, and product configurations. Proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies
Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with PM software and CRM platforms
Change Management: Proven ability to help organizations transition from legacy systems to implement a new product or technology.
Implementation Project Manager Key Performance Indicators
Time-to-Revenue: Reducing the number of days between contract signature and the client's first launch of the product
Customer Relationship: High Customer Satisfaction scores specifically related to the onboarding
What You Bring to The Team:
Bachelor’s Degree and Equivalent Experience
5+ years of client-facing implementation or project management role within a B2B SaaS environment
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Strong, client-facing organizational and teamwork skills
Detail-oriented, critical thinker with the ability to prioritize and flexibility to adjust in an evolving environment
PMP or PM certification(s) is nice to have
