Job Description
As a Clinical Consultant, you are responsible for delivering ProClinical services in a defined US geographic region. You will build collaborative relationships with customers and account managers to ensure product satisfaction, sustain improved outcomes and identify opportunities for product pull-through.
What you will do:
- Deliver ProClinical support in customer accounts with clinical theories, principles and concepts.
- Understand market strategy with in-depth knowledge of the market, customer dynamics and competitive offerings.
- Support customer facing activities including voice of customer and customer centric design in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
- Propose insights and recommendations to enhance the delivery of ProClinical service offerings, ensuring improved outcomes for both the business and the customer
- Analyze multiple data sources to develop multi-disciplinary action plans based on market insights
- Provide feedback and assist in the development of new tools and ProClinical service offerings within the business unit and the division.
What you need:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing or related clinical field required
- Minimum 4 years in nursing or related clinical field
- RN licensure or other clinical related licensure required
- Able to travel up to 75% annually
Preferred:
- Certification in nursing informatics, quality and/or project management preferred
- Experience as a Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) or as a Clinical Educator is preferred
$89,300 - $148,800 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
