Job Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school and membership in at least one current U.S. state bar membership.
- 6+ years of legal experience in procurement, technology transactions, and commercial contracting, ideally with a mix of in-house and law firm experience.
- Experience negotiating inbound technology and services contracts, including SaaS, software licensing, and professional services agreements.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced startup environments, wearing multiple hats and managing ambiguity.
- Excellent drafting skills with the ability to craft creative, practical solutions in real time.
- Outstanding organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities independently.
- Responsive, service-oriented, and collaborative, with a strong sense of judgment and integrity.
- Comfortable shifting between strategic thinking and detailed execution.
- Experience with legal workflow or contract management tools (e.g., e-signature, document management, CLM) is a plus.
