• Support attorneys in all stages of civil litigation (pre-suit through resolution) • Draft and prepare routine pleadings, motions, notices, and correspondence (attorney-reviewed) • Prepare and manage discovery (requests/responses, tracking, production coordination) • Organize, Bates stamp, and quality-check document productions • Manage calendaring: capture, calculate, and track all deadlines with redundancy and accuracy • Organize and electronically file pleadings and discovery • Communicate with opposing counsel and judicial assistants professionally and promptly • Provide consistent, clear client updates and help reduce confusion/inertia through proactive touchpoints • Conduct legal research as needed • Improve workflows/templates/checklists to reduce rework and increase consistency • Use technology thoughtfully to accelerate drafting, summarizing, and organizing — without sacrificing accuracy or confidentiality
