Job Description
• Lead company-wide planning cycles, from annual strategy to quarterly OKR setting.
• Prepare executive and board-level materials synthesizing business performance and key decisions.
• Own 2–4 high-priority business problems at any given time, driving them from definition through to execution.
• Identify and close gaps in decision-making and workflows.
• Develop the tools and playbooks required to scale, and partner with Finance on resource allocation and business cases.
Job Requirements
- 7+ years in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or BizOps at a high-growth tech company.
- A track record of delivering complex initiatives with measurable business impact and experience running OKR processes.
- Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in SQL.
- Excellent executive presence with the ability to distill complex situations for audiences ranging from individual contributors to the Board.
- Ability to influence without authority and build trust across a complex organization.
- MBA or postgraduate degree from a top institution is a plus.
- Experience in identity verification, fintech, or cybersecurity is a plus.
- Experience scaling a company from Series B through to public markets or institutional scale is a plus.
