• Own and drive development schedules across multiple teams • Translate high-level product strategy into actionable roadmaps and milestones • Partner with Design and Engineering leads to define scope and delivery timelines • Proactively identify production risks and resolve blockers • Facilitate sprint planning, milestone reviews, and cross-functional syncs • Improve production workflows to increase clarity and velocity • Coordinate internal stakeholders across product, engineering, and operations • Support live ops initiatives, seasonal content, and ongoing feature releases
