Job Description
Role Description
- Workflow Architecture: You will manage complex, non-linear projects and solve workflow challenges rather than just following a repetitive "template".
- AI-Assisted Research: You will conduct legal research using Gemini and NotebookLM to find and organize specific information.
- Lead Receptionist: You will be responsible for answering all calls received by the firm.
- Direct Client Contact: You will be the primary point of contact for clients, requiring professional and clear communication.
- Chat Support: You will assist in answering chats received by the firm.
- Email management: You will assist in managing the firm’s support email.
- Technical Execution: You will handle precise digital tasks, such as redlining, within our various systems.
- Software Management: You will work daily across our tech stack, maintaining and troubleshooting tools as they update.

- Operations: ClickUp, HubSpot, Zapier, PandaDoc
- Research & AI: Gemini, NotebookLM
- Communication: Slack, Gmail, Zoom, Kumospace, RingCentral, Hubspot Chat
- Organization: Google Drive, Google Calendar
Culture & Accountability
- EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) Framework: You will participate in regular team meetings to identify issues and stay aligned on goals. We encourage all team members to speak up and stay engaged.
- Daily Pulses: You will record a brief daily summary to highlight your wins, any roadblocks you've encountered, and your current bandwidth.
- Timeblocking: We require active timeblocking in Google Calendar to ensure transparency and effective time management.
- Systems-First Approach: Your first two weeks will be dedicated entirely to mastering our tech stack and specific workflows before you begin substantive work.
