Job Description
Job Requirements
- Min 2.5 Years of Proven IT support experience, technical operations roles
- Strong experience with Linux server administration (Ubuntu, CentOS, or similar)
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) administration
- Familiarity with VMware virtualization, including ESXi and vCenter
- Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, VPN, firewalls)
- Experience supporting Windows Server, Active Directory, and domain services
- Aptitude for AI tools and automation platforms; comfort learning new AI technologies
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to document processes and maintain technical knowledge base
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
