As a Supply Planning Analyst, you are the heartbeat of the supply chain management team. Your primary mission is to ensure product availability meets customer demand while masterfully optimizing inventory levels and minimizing operational costs. This role requires a blend of strategic foresight, meticulous inventory management, and seamless logistics coordination with internal and external partners.
Core Responsibilities:

- MRP Integrity: Maintain and update lead times and purchasing data within the MRP system to reflect real-time changes in material usage and supply base.
- Order Management: Monitor open purchase orders for on-time delivery and manage POs for non-inventory items as needed.
Inventory Management & Analysis
- Stock Optimization: Ensure inventory levels are maintained at planned targets to balance availability with working capital goals.
- Data-Driven Replenishment: Utilize Adaptive and Netsuite ERP data analysis to determine the most effective replenishment methods for assigned products.
- Discrepancy Resolution: Collaboratively research and resolve inventory discrepancies to maintain high data integrity.
- Shortage Mitigation: Actively track and resolve critical material shortages by coordinating closely with the supplier base.
- Performance Tracking: Manage supplier performance and initiate corrective actions to ensure standards are met consistently.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Collaborative Planning: Drive CPFR (Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment) efforts to align supply with market reality.
- Logistics Support: Assist warehousing and logistics teams to ensure goods reach customers on time.
Job Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years in procurement, supply chain, or inventory planning; professional certifications like APICS or CPIM are a major plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent industry experience.
- Technical Mastery: High proficiency with ERP systems (NetSuite), Excel, and the full Microsoft Suite. Knowledge of Workday Adaptive preferable.
- Analytical Mindset: Excellent problem-solving skills with a "forward-thinking" approach.
- Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
