Overview

The manager HR Operations Compliance and Preboarding will be responsible for providing internal operations support for the assigned Shared Services team(s). Responsible for developing and maintaining team shared services analytics to effectively and efficiently measure performance and enable the team to anticipate issues and develop proactive solutions for internal partners. Serves as the liaison between Shared Services and other HR service delivery lines to include the COEs and other HR Shared Services partners. Provides employee and management counseling, assists in the interpretation of Human Resource policies and procedures. Takes a proactive approach to identifying HR issues and provides detailed options for resolving problems.

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

Certification/Licensure

  • n/a

Experience

  • Supervisory or team lead experience in lieu of management experience.
  • 5 years HR experience.
  • HR compliance background.
  • Vendor management experience.
