Job Description

• Responsible for providing support for revenue generation sales activities and contractual renewal activities led by the VP of Strategic Accounts. • Responsible for managing existing customer sponsor and stakeholder relationships, ensuring contract compliance, identifying growth opportunities, and enhancing the value delivered to our customers. • Ensure that contracts, renewals, expansions, and statements of work are managed efficiently and in alignment with customer expectations. • Identify opportunities for additional services and use cases within our existing customer base. • Manage an annual quota by developing and maintaining a forecast and pipeline of customer opportunities. • Coordinate and interface with internal departments to ensure internal alignment and delivery of high-quality products and services that meet the customer’s business needs. • Follow the Strategic Account Management Playbook to execute value-based strategies and plans. • Participate in regular account reviews with customers and partner cross functionally to develop associated action plans to support retention and growth of the Intradiem platform. • Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscapes, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities and differentiate our solutions effectively. • Travel up to 25%.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 2-5 years of account management experience in SaaS contract center industry
  • 2-5 years of contract negotiation experience.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Motivated, goal-oriented with the proven ability to work with minimal direction and maintain a high level of collaboration across internal teams.
  • Possesses a high degree of honesty, integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Organizational and follow-up skills, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand sales barriers and overcome hurdles to retain and close business.
  • Demonstrated advanced sales, market research and business skills.
  • A track record of success and results.
