Job Description

• Assess performance of internal, client or vendor case files or records • Identify trends and areas of opportunity for increased service efficiency and quality • Work in partnership with stakeholders to ensure all required and relevant data elements are accurately captured • Compile audit results and submit to manager for review • Provide audit results for quarterly stewardship reports • Monitor ongoing action items logs and project plans with appropriate stakeholders • Update vendor resources to mapping program

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
Four (4) years of investigative experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required
Oral and written communication skills
PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
Analytical and interpretive skills
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently or in a team environment
Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies
