Overview

Are you a creative and results-driven marketer with a passion for the hospitality industry? 

 

We're looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the success of the digital platforms that promote our resort and its venues. This role partners with and manages agencies and external partners to develop and execute impactful marketing campaigns and digital strategies that drive brand visibility and revenue.

 

We are seeking a strategic leader who demonstrates strong self-leadership, communicates proactively through clear reporting and collaboration, and continuously evolves their expertise to meet the dynamic marketing needs of our resort and its venues.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, social media, PR, and digital marketing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as outstanding copywriting and proofreading skills
  • Experience managing outside agencies, exceptional with follow up
  • Strong presentation and communications skills, proficiency with programs such as, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Premiere, Canva etc.
  • Must have strong organizational, writing, editing and project management skills
  • Firm grasp on various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social, digital, and email marketing
  • Must be effective in handling problems, including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems, as necessary.
  • Must have an elevated level of creativity
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with external and internal contacts (General Manager, Department Heads, Media Representatives, PR firms)
  • Perform other duties as requested by management
