Job Description
About the role
As Director of Clinical Practice, you’ll sit at the center of ReperioCare™ — conducting preventive telehealth visits, shaping the clinical experience, and helping build the infrastructure that will support a growing clinician workforce.
Every visit starts with a full biometric picture already in hand: blood pressure, heart rate, BMI, relative fat mass, blood glucose, and a complete lipid panel — collected at home via ReperioKit™ and available instantly. You’re never starting from zero.
This role is equal parts clinician and operator. You’ll report directly to the CMO and partner cross-functionally to ensure ReperioCare™ delivers on its clinical promise at scale.
Our ideal Candidate:
- Active NP licensure in 20+ states strongly preferred; Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) participation is a significant advantage
- Board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC or FNP-C)
- NPI Taxonomy: Family Medicine (207Q00000X)
- Current DEA registration
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in primary care or family medicine
- Prior Telehealth experience required
- Demonstrated interest or experience in clinical operations, protocol development, or team leadership
- Comfortable in high-volume, fast-paced virtual environments
- Reliable high-speed internet, private workspace, and personal device setup
The Basics:
Clinical Care:
- Conduct on-demand audio/video telehealth visits with patients post-screening across multiple states
- Review and interpret ReperioKit™ biometric results (BP, HR, BMI, relative fat mass, blood glucose, full lipid panel)
- Perform comprehensive health risk assessments integrating biometric data with patient medical history
- Translate findings into clear, actionable guidance patients can actually use
- Identify abnormal findings and coordinate appropriate follow-up care or referrals
- Document all encounters accurately and promptly in our proprietary EMR
Clinical Operations & Leadership
- Partner with the CMO to develop and maintain clinical protocols, visit frameworks, and quality standards
- Support credentialing, onboarding, and quality review for contractor NPs as the team scales
- Serve as a clinical subject matter expert for product, operations, and growth initiatives
- Identify opportunities to improve the patient and provider experience and bring them forward with solutions
- Contribute to regulatory compliance, documentation standards, and ongoing quality improvement
Bonus Points for:
You’re an experienced FNP who wants more than a visit queue. You hold licensure across many states, you’re comfortable with data and digital-first workflows, and you’re energized by the idea of shaping a clinical program from the inside. You want structured, meaningful visits with patients who show up already engaged in their health — and you want a seat at the table when the protocols, standards, and team that support those visits are being built.
You’re mission-aligned. You believe preventive care should be accessible, frictionless, and actionable — and you want to be part of proving it at scale.
