The Senior Technology Solutions Professional devises an effective strategy for executing and delivering on IT Infrastructure initiatives. The Senior Technology Solutions Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

The Senior Technology Solutions Professional acts as a liaison and collaborates with the consumers and functional stakeholders to identify and deliver strategic enablement solutions. Begins to influence department's strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead end-to-end solution delivery, from ideation through requirements gathering, solution design, development oversight, testing, and deployment.

  • Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to gather requirements and educate stakeholders on platform capabilities.

  • Work independently to solve complex or ambiguous problems, using sound judgment and established procedures.

  • Track KPIs and success metrics to measure automation impact and inform improvements.

  • Assess processes to identify opportunities for automation that align with department, segment, and organizational strategies.

  • Prioritize automation initiatives by evaluating value, feasibility, complexity, and alignment to strategic objectives.

Required Qualifications

  • Solid understanding of operations, technology, communications and processes

  • 10+ years of progressive experience leading continuous improvement efforts, evaluating existing systems and implementing process improvements

  • Experience managing cybersecurity risk initiatives (e.g., Risk Management; policy, standards, and control management; third party risk management, regulatory compliance, etc.)

  • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and exercise sound judgment in complex scenarios 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field 

  • PMP or equivalent project management certification 

  • CISM or equivalent cybersecurity certification 

  • Familiarity with cybersecurity maturity models and capability-driven execution frameworks 

  • Proficiency in tools such as Jira Align, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, WorkBoard, and Microsoft Office Suite

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.


 

$97,900 - $133,500 per year


 

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
