• Manage end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring successful execution across all phases of the lifecycle. • Facilitate key project sessions including discovery, kickoff, requirements gathering, testing planning, and status meetings. • Develop, manage, and maintain project plans, timelines, and documentation. • Track project progress against defined milestones and contractual service levels, escalating concerns as appropriate. • Provide regular status updates to internal partners and clients. • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation process. • Support client expectation management by clearly communicating timelines, risks, scope, and required decisions. • Build strong working relationships with clients, brokers, and internal stakeholders through clear communication and responsiveness. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams—including configuration, technical, compliance, and service delivery—to support timely and accurate deliverables. • Identify and communicate project risks, dependencies, and potential roadblocks. • Partner with leadership and project stakeholders to support issue resolution and escalation when needed. • Monitor interdependencies across workstreams and proactively address items that could impact timelines or quality.
