Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
- 3+ years of project management or implementation experience, preferably within benefits, HR technology, SaaS, or related environments
- Working knowledge of benefits administration processes and/or implementation methodologies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel (including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and data analysis) and other MS Office tools
- High attention to detail, reliability, and accountability.
