Job Description
ReconCraft is seeking a Engineering Intern to create and revise technical data in 2D and 3D formats, assist the development of technical analysis and calculation reports.
Requirements:
- ReconCraft is currently seeking Engineering Intern(s)
- Support in house engineering and production efforts on vessels currently under construction and vessels in various phases of development
- Gain experience across all design categories; structure, mechanical systems, electrical, and outfitting
- Position will be remote unless otherwise discussed, remote internships may include a one-week site visit to meet the team, view manufacturing, and participate in sea trials
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field of study
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, Rhinoceros, and SolidWorks
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
