Job Description
Are you passionate about sports marketing and ready to help shape innovative sponsorship solutions? Scripps Sports is seeking a Client Solutions Coordinator to support our dynamic team in developing and delivering integrated sponsorship programs that drive revenue across our sports portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity to learn from experienced professionals while contributing to high-impact campaigns that connect brands with passionate sports audiences.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Assist Sales team in preparing responses to RFPs and proactive pitches, including gathering materials and drafting ideas under guidance of senior staff
- Help organize and customize sales materials such as capability decks, category packages, and basic program proposals
- Learn to translate Scripps Sports' media assets (in-game features, studio content, digital/social, and on-site experiences) into simple sponsorship concepts with supervision
- Work with brand marketing to ensure materials follow brand guidelines and are visually consistent
- Gather audience data, ratings information, and insights from Research & Insights to support proposal development and campaign recaps
- Coordinate small deliverables with Sponsorship Activation and Ad Operations to confirm feasibility and alignment
- Attend client and agency meetings with senior staff, assisting with note-taking, follow-up tasks, and preparation of meeting materials
- Assist in compiling post-campaign recaps with performance data, visuals, and qualitative highlights for renewal discussions
- Help maintain a repository of case studies, templates, and mockups for quick access and customization
- Utilize AI tools to assist in drafting copy, generating concepts, and personalizing proposals under the guidance of senior staff
- Assist in creating simple visual mockups in graphic design software for logo placements and basic content concepts
- Build and edit presentations using presentation software with a focus on clarity and visual appeal
- Use productivity and collaboration tools to track tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain document version control
- Support coordination between Sales, Brand Marketing, Research & Insights, and Sponsorship Activation to meet timelines and project scope
- Participate in planning meetings to discuss upcoming priorities and opportunities, contributing ideas as appropriate
- Assist production and programming partners by collecting information, confirming details, and supporting feasibility checks for sponsorship executions
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Generally, 2+ years of experience in area of responsibility

- Ability to learn and apply professional concepts, practices, and procedures
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Effective verbal and written communication abilities
