Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 7+ years working in an enterprise client management role at a SaaS company
- experience in email and/or digital marketing
- ability to understand and optimize client’s data and marketing campaigns
- strong project management skills
- excellent written and oral communication skills
- ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams
- experience in the enterprise marketing automation industry is a plus
- proficiency with tools such as Trello, Harvest, JIRA, etc.
