Job Description

• Lead end-to-end integration of new client offices, including planning, onsite deployment, and post-implementation support • Conduct onsite and remote assessments of client environments to determine infrastructure needs • Deploy, configure, and test network equipment (firewalls, switches, wireless access points), servers, and PCs • Coordinate and manage onsite integration activities, including directing and collaborating with local or client-side resources • Ensure integrations align with client standards, security requirements, and MSP best practices • Troubleshoot and resolve issues encountered during deployments and integrations • Communicate progress, risks, and completion status to internal teams and stakeholders • Work with cross-functional team members to effectively and efficiently support handoff to helpdesk or managed services teams following successful integration • Additional duties as needed

Job Requirements

  • Ability to travel up to 75%, including some weekend travel
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Management & Information Sciences, or similar field preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of networking concepts, hardware, and infrastructure (LAN/WAN, firewalls, switching, wireless)
  • Experience deploying and supporting servers, PCs, and related hardware
  • Well-rounded understanding of operating systems, software, and networked environments
  • Ability to assess environments, identify gaps, and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, especially in a travel-heavy role
  • Comfortable working independently and making decisions in the field
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively to client sites
  • Prior experience in an IT MSP environment preferred
  • Experience with office buildouts, relocations, or multi-site integrations required
  • Familiarity with quoting or project scoping for infrastructure deployments
  • Experience coordinating with third-party vendors or local technical resources
