Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in healthcare IT, Epic delivery, or enterprise program management.
- Demonstrated experience building and leading a PMO in an Epic or healthcare technology environment.
- Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong experience in revenue cycle.
- Preferred Epic certification(s).
- PMP or similar certification.
- Consulting or multi‑client healthcare services experience.
- Familiarity with Monday.com.
