Customer Service Representative (Financial)
📍 Location: 100% Remote
🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm EST | 9:30am - 6:00pm EST | 9:30am - 6:00pm EST

Position Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Remote Customer Service Representatives to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals passionate about helping others, especially those with experience in customer service within the financial services or healthcare industries.
Qualifications
- A candidate that has strong customer service experience in a financial services industry is desired.
- 2-3+ years of customer service experience either over the phones or face to face
- In lieu of CSR experience, they would also consider candidates with a Bachelor's degree
- Type 7,000+ KPH
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone and digital channels
- Accurately input data while engaging with customers
- Address inquiries related to insurance, claims, billing, and healthcare services
- Maintain strong performance in a fast-paced call center environment
- Meet attendance and call metric expectations
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive, supportive culture
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Enfield, CT.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
