Job Description

• Perform all billing, correspondence, and scanning activities across the organization • Manage client billing and ensure procedures are billed according to contracts • Review and update client statements as necessary • Print and mail all paper and secondary claims • Scan documents to patient accounts • Review correspondence and follow up as needed

Job Requirements

High School Diploma/GED
Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) required within 9 months of hire
1-2 years’ experience professional / physician billing
Experience in hospital operations, compliance and provider relations preferred
Insurance Follow-up experience
Home health care experience (Billing side)
Epic experience
Medicare, Medicaid, HMO and managed care experience
