Job Description
Role Description
We’re inviting a small, paid cohort of middle and high school teachers to serve as Product Consultants for Feedback Forward, a formative assessment tool used for daily exit tickets. You’ll use Feedback Forward with your own students, in your own classroom, and share your expert insights to help shape a tool that will soon be available for teachers nationwide.
This is a paid, contract role: $1,000 total for an average of 4 hours of work per week over 7 weeks. You will use Feedback Forward in your classroom, and work remotely with the Feedback Forward team to share your insights.
We are exclusively looking for teachers at any type of school in Iowa.
Role Details
- Use Feedback Forward:
- At least two classes per day
- At least four days per week
- For six weeks
- Submit a weekly survey about your experience with the tool
- Participate in three one-hour video calls (pre-pilot, mid-pilot, and post-pilot)
- Share feedback that directly informs product decisions
- If you genuinely find the tool valuable, help spread the word by sharing your experience with colleagues as we prepare for a national launch
Qualifications
- Teaching a core subject in grades 6–12
- Able to get administrative approval to use a new technology tool in their classroom
- Bonus if you can connect via Google Classroom or Clever
- Teaching in a 1:1 environment where students have access to computers or tablets
- Curious about technology and comfortable trying new tools in real classroom settings
Requirements
- We are intentionally building a small, diverse cohort of teachers across geographic regions
- Space is limited, and selections will be made on a rolling basis
