Role Description
Our growing personal injury law firm is looking for a Bilingual Intake Specialist to join our team. This role is the first point of contact for potential clients, so we are looking for someone who is professional, empathetic, organized, and comfortable speaking with people who may be going through a difficult time.
If you have sales experience, customer service skills, or call center experience, this position may be a great fit. The ability to build trust, ask the right questions, and guide potential clients through the intake process is key to success in this role.
Schedule: This position works Wednesday through Sunday from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Evening availability is required.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and messages from potential clients
- Conduct intake interviews and gather detailed information about accidents and injuries
- Enter accurate information into the firm’s case management system
- Communicate clearly with attorneys and staff regarding new potential cases
- Follow up with potential clients and assist with completing intake documentation
- Maintain professionalism, empathy, and confidentiality at all times
Qualifications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable speaking with new people and asking questions
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus
- Basic computer skills
