Role Description
As part of a growing team, the Project Coordinator focuses on maintaining a high level of client satisfaction through effective implementations of new JustFOIA sites and services. This person is an integral component of our client’s journey to success – ensuring their needs are met by properly configuring their site, confidently training them how to use the software and effectively managing their project.
The ideal candidate will be a true self-starter: an active listener, engaging communicator, analytical, both a planner and a doer, and always striving for excellence. Success in this position will require organization, problem-solving and communication skills to deliver the superior level of customer service to our valued clients. They must excel at working independently to assess our client’s needs, implement our technology solutions, and build strong relationships with all stakeholders. Some travel expected for this position, less than 10%.
What you'll do
- Review and understand project deliverables outlined in contracts
- Gather all necessary information to configure the client’s site according to their specifications
- Coordinate and manage project timelines, deliverables, and milestones
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions for clients on how to utilize their new system effectively
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the onboarding phase
- Collaborate with the Sales and Client Success teams to ensure a consistent client experience
- Provide feedback to product and development teams to enhance client experience and product functionality
- Identify and address any issues or challenges that arise during the onboarding process
- Manage and execute multiple implementation projects simultaneously at different stages, ensuring top-quality delivery and exceptional client satisfaction
- Keep meticulous records for all projects to ensure organization and accountability
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications or related field, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years experience in Client onboarding or project coordination in a SaaS or technology company
- Experience with software and project management tools
- Familiarity with records management processes, especially in Government sector
- Excellent organizational and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent project management skills with high initiative and precise attention to detail
- Ability to understand, interpret business & technical details and translate them into a viable statement of work and project plan
- Strong business analytical skills, including requirements gathering and scope definition
- Excellent troubleshooting & problem-solving skills
- Superior prioritization and time management skills
- Strong commitment to delivering superior customer service
