Role Description
We are seeking a Senior Developer to join our team supporting the CCSS project with the VA.
- Serve as a Senior Developer on a team
- Inform and collaborate with programmatic reporting initiatives
- Establishing automation standards, governance guardrails, and best practices
- Ensuring data accuracy, access control, performance, and sustainability
- Briefing VA and company leadership on automation maturity, risks, and value realization
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Advanced experience designing and implementing end-to-end automation solutions
- 7+ years of experience operating within complex, cross-functional environments; federal or VA experience preferred
- Ability to translate complex business problems into scalable technical solutions independently
- Strong communication, stakeholder alignment, and briefing skills
- Experience establishing automation standards and governance guardrails
- Experience supporting federal clients, ideally within VA environments preferred
Requirements
- Standard Business hours are Monday through Friday
- Occasional extended or weekend hours may be required based on operational needs
- Must have reliable internet service that allows for effective telecommuting
