Key Responsibilities
- Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans
- Provide high-quality therapy services to clients
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Maintain a caseload of approximately 25 sessions per week (full-time)
- Deliver evidence-based interventions
- Collaborate with colleagues and referral partners
- Participate in team meetings and trainings
- Option to provide supervision for pre-licensed clinicians
- Master’s degree in a behavioral health field
- Illinois licensure or pre-licensure (LMFT, LCSW, LCPC, PsyD; ALMFT, LSW, or LPC)
- Experience with assessments, treatment planning, and clinical documentation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfort working with children, teens, families, or adults
- Ability to pass a background check
• Experience with children, couples and/or family work
• Familiarity with case note documentation and EHR systems
