Role Description
We're searching for an executive leader to build and scale a world-class client services function at Red Antler. As Head of Client Services, you will define and execute a vision for how we partner with clients—setting the bar for excellence, leading a team of ambitious client service professionals, and nurturing relationships that turn one-off projects into years-long partnerships.

You'll report to the CEO and serve as a member of our management team as we shape the future of Red Antler.
What You'll Do
- Build the Team: Recruit, mentor, and grow a dynamic, diverse team, establishing a structure that is able to partner with a wide range of client types and stages.
- Set the Standard: Establish and continuously elevate Red Antler's approach to client partnership—championing creative ambition and deep relationship building.
- Drive Growth and Profitability: Identify new opportunities for partnership and expansion within client organizations, supporting Red Antler's vision for growth.
- Champion Communication: Create clarity and confidence—internally and externally—by setting the bar for clear, effective communication at every touchpoint.
- Model Collaboration: Work seamlessly with strategy, creative, and leadership teams to deliver integrated, breakthrough work that sets clients (and us) apart.
- Operationalize Excellence: Define best practices, processes, and tools that ensure our client service offering scales profitably as our impact grows.
Qualifications
- 15+ years in client services, account management, or related roles in high growth agency and creative environments
- Experience managing and growing multi-million dollar accounts
- Demonstrated experience recruiting, leading, and scaling client service teams
- A clear, inspiring communicator who makes complex ideas simple and actionable
- Expertise in building and nurturing long-term client relationships rooted in trust, transparency, and shared ambition
- Proven ability to operate at the executive level and collaborate across disciplines
- Passion for creativity, innovation, and the business of brand building
