Job Description
Job Requirements
- Typically requires an AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 8 years relevant experience
- 5+ years of executive administrative experience supporting Senior Director-level or above leadership, preferably within the aerospace or defense industry
- Demonstrated, hands-on experience with Collins Aerospace processes, systems, and internal tools — this is a non-negotiable requirement.
- Strong working knowledge of defense industry business development practices, including capture management, proposal lifecycles, and government procurement processes
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft executive-level correspondence independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration platforms such as SharePoint and Microsoft Teams
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional presence when interfacing with senior leaders, customers, and partners
