Role Description

Sigma7 is seeking a detail-oriented Legal Ops Analyst to support the Legal function across three primary areas: Privacy Program operations, Entity Management, and Contract Administration. This role is designed for an analytical professional capable of executing structured legal processes, maintaining organized documentation systems, and supporting compliance-driven initiatives.

  • Privacy Program Support
    • Assist in documenting business processes across practice areas.
    • Support data protection impact assessments (DPIAs) for high-risk processes.
    • Incorporate required data protection language into client, vendor, and subcontractor agreements.
    • Maintain organized privacy documentation and risk assessment records.
    • Support ongoing privacy compliance initiatives and remediation efforts.
  • Entity Management
    • Maintain corporate entity records for Sigma7 and portfolio companies.
    • Organize formation documents, governing documents, and board/manager consents.
    • Track annual filings, registered agent requirements, and compliance deadlines.
    • Assist with preparation of resolutions and basic governance documentation.
    • Coordinate with external registered agents and service providers as needed.
  • Contract Administration
    • Assist with managing contracts from intake through execution and filing.
    • Review NDA and other assigned agreements using structured clause checklists and escalate non-standard provisions.
    • Coordinate internal approval routing and signature execution.
    • Maintain organized contract repository with standardized naming conventions.

Qualifications

  • Ability to follow structured compliance-driven processes.
  • Comfort reviewing formal written materials and identifying inconsistencies.
  • Professional communication skills.
  • Ability to learn legal systems and documentation platforms quickly.
  • Prior direct legal operations experience is helpful but not required.
