Job Description

Company Description

It all started in sunny San Diego, California in 2004 when a visionary engineer, Fred Luddy, saw the potential to transform how we work. Fast forward to today — ServiceNow stands as a global market leader, bringing innovative AI-enhanced technology to over 8,100 customers, including 85% of the Fortune 500®. Our intelligent cloud-based platform seamlessly connects people, systems, and processes to empower organizations to find smarter, faster, and better ways to work. But this is just the beginning of our journey. Join us as we pursue our purpose to make the world work better for everyone.

Job Description

At ServiceNow, our technology makes the world work for everyone, and our people make it possible. We move fast because the world can’t wait, and we innovate in ways no one else can for our customers and communities.

A critical part of our platform strategy is deep collaboration across the cloud ecosystem, including strategic co-innovation with Google across GCP infrastructure, enterprise AI platforms, data services, security platforms, and Google workspace productivity ecosystems.

Job Description

ServiceNow is seeking a seasoned product leader to drive product strategy and execution for our Google ecosystem partnerships.

This role serves as the single-threaded product leader responsible for defining and driving ServiceNow’s end-to-end product strategy with Google Cloud and supporting our GTM teams to help customers adopt our joint solutions.

ServiceNow integrates with Google Cloud technologies across multiple layers of the enterprise technology stack - AI + Data + Workflows + Security.

Important: This role is not a traditional alliance or partner management position. It is a product leadership role focused on defining joint product strategy, presenting to executives on both sides, influencing product roadmaps across organizations, and driving adoption of joint product capabilities.

What You Get To Do In This Role

Define Joint Product Strategy

  • Develop and drive the end-to-end product strategy between ServiceNow and Google Cloud across AI + Data + Workflows + Security.
  • Identify strategic co-innovation opportunities across our stacks
  • Build and maintain the “better together” product narrative that clearly articulates joint value for customers.

Drive Cross-Portfolio Product Integrations

  • Coordinate with multiple ServiceNow product teams to prioritize and deliver integrations with Google Cloud services.
  • Coordinate with program management team to track integrations across their full lifecycle—from concept and roadmap alignment through launch and enterprise deployment.
  • Ensure integrations deliver meaningful product differentiation and measurable customer value.

Enable Customer Adoption

  • Partner with product teams, product marketing and field teams to ensure integrations are supported with strong sales enablement and deployment guidance.
  • Monitor customer adoption and production usage of integrations and drive improvements where necessary.

Build Product Relationships Across Organizations

  • Establish strong working relationships with Google Cloud product leaders. Connect domain leaders across both organizations to drive strategic collaboration.
  • Facilitate alignment between ServiceNow and Google Cloud product teams to coordinate roadmaps and accelerate innovation.

Provide Executive Visibility

  • Maintain a clear view of ServiceNow’s product strategy with Google Cloud across the full technology stack.
  • Provide senior leadership with visibility into co-innovation initiatives, roadmap alignment, and ecosystem opportunities.
  • At company conferences; drive customer discussions, present demos and evangelize ‘Better Together’ story.

Key Success Metrics for this role

Success in this role will be measured by:

  • Delivery of strategic co-innovation initiatives with Google Cloud.
  • Adoption of joint integrations by enterprise customers.
  • Acceleration of roadmap alignment between ServiceNow and Google Cloud product teams.
  • Strength and clarity of the end-to-end “better together” product story.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
  • 15+ years of experience in enterprise software product management or platform strategy.
  • Strong understanding of hyperscaler cloud platforms and enterprise SaaS architectures.
  • Experience driving complex initiatives across multiple product teams without direct engineering ownership.
  • Exceptional communication skills and strong executive presence.
  • Proven ability to influence product strategy and roadmaps across large organizations.
  • Strong operational discipline with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives.

Highly Desired Experience

We strongly value candidates who bring experience working within or closely with the Google ecosystem.

Ideal candidates may have:

  • Previous experience working at Google Cloud in product management, platform strategy, or ecosystem roles.
  • Familiarity with Google Cloud platforms including GCP services, enterprise AI platforms, security platforms, data platforms, and Google Workspace.
  • Experience navigating Google Cloud’s product organization and collaborating across multiple engineering teams.
  • Experience delivering integrations or co-innovation initiatives involving Google technologies.
  • Existing relationships within Google Cloud’s product ecosystem.

Experience working within Google Cloud Services such as AI, data, or security platform product organizations is particularly valuable.
