  • Play a critical role to bridge the gap between business needs and system-based solutions.
  • Support the HCS team's mission to deliver innovative and efficient solutions that align with GDIT objectives and enhance workforce operations.
  • Engage teammates, stakeholders, and leadership with resilience and adaptability while increasing operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Computer Information Systems or similar required
  • Experience: 3+ years of related experience
  • Technical skills:
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent collaboration skills on large teams with dynamic engagement of team members.
    • Ability to clearly articulate and document stakeholder needs using various methods including process flow diagramming and requirements elaboration methods.
    • Ability to prepare & maintain technical documentation for ongoing operations, maintenance, and development.
    • Robust ability to juggle multiple projects and competing priorities.
    • Excellent facilitation skills with large groups of stakeholders including executive leaders.
    • Strong analytical abilities with a high level of curiosity and inquisitiveness.
    • Overarching understanding of systems interfaces and technical aspects to assist development teams with requirements and quality testing.
    • Scrum & agile experience with active, regular engagement with stakeholders.
    • Ability to pivot regularly to provide resourceful solutions to problems.
  • Desired: Understanding of Human Resources processes.
  • Desired Quality Assurance testing experience on system output and GUI - role involves acting as primary QA on interface output.
