▶︎ Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, researching, and engaging potential candidates to build a strong talent pipeline for various roles across the organization.
▶︎ Key Responsibilities
・Conduct targeted research to identify potential candidates using various channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and internal databases.
・Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
・Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and sourcing strategies.
・Screen candidate profiles to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
・Manage candidate data and sourcing activities in Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
・Proactively engage passive candidates to generate interest and build relationships.
・Monitor market trends and provide insights on talent availability and competitor activities.
・Support employer branding initiatives by promoting the company’s values and culture to potential candidates.
・Prepare regular reports on sourcing metrics and candidate pipelines.
▶︎ Requirements
・Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
・Proven experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or a related role.
・Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to identify high-quality candidates.
・Familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and ATS.
・Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
・Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
・Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

・Experience sourcing for technical or specialized roles is a plus.
・Knowledge of labor market trends and recruitment best practices.
・Multilingual abilities or experience in a global recruiting environment.
