Role Description
This role involves enhancing the revenue cycle operations for both the partner organization and its providers. You will manage key relationships and ensure efficient operations, driving strategic initiatives that streamline interactions with payors.
- Attend and present in provider partner facing meetings with executive leadership present.
- Assist in note-taking, document meeting discussions and deliverables.
- Coordinate follow-ups from meetings and collaborate as a point of contact among departments.
- Maintain and schedule client specific rounding documents for leadership.
- Develop a master contract matrix with key dates and documents.
- Build and maintain a rolodex of key payor contacts.
- Own and maintain standardized presentations for provider partners.
- Interface with colleagues to capture issues as they arise.
- Work independently to manage revenue cycle operations efficiently.
- Communicate and implement best practice revenue cycle processes.
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of previous experience in a related field.
- Previous leadership experience in healthcare or similar environments.
- Experience in managed care contracting and negotiations.
- Solid understanding of hospital and physician revenue cycle processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
