Role Description

This role involves bringing your eye, style, and amazing skills to our super-fun, fast-growing agency as a Creative Strategist. You will create exceptional content for our diverse portfolio of top DTC brands.

  • Propose testing strategies and provide overall creative direction
  • Develop and optimize concepts
  • Review scripts and final deliverables
  • Engage collaboratively across multiple teams
  • Explore trends and develop strategies that drive impactful campaigns
  • Shape campaigns that resonate and perform across various platforms

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of proven experience ideating and developing high-performing direct response and social media creative strategies
  • A background in creating UGC to enhance engagement and reach is a plus
  • Digitally savvy and knowledgeable about trending platforms
  • Strong grasp on culture and upcoming digital trends
  • Excellent performance marketing and creative instincts
  • Strong team player with a passion for collaboration
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a self-starting attitude
  • Ability to navigate and influence within a fast-paced start-up organization
  • Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite or Figma is a plus
  • Proficiency in Asana and Google Sheets experience is a plus

Requirements

  • Develop performance-driven creative and messaging strategies for clients
  • Participate in client meetings as Donut’s in-house creative expert
  • Advise external client teams on media best practices
  • Manage launch pipeline for assigned clients
  • Apply full-funnel thinking to increase click-through rates and conversion rates
  • Synthesize consumer target’s mindsets to inform strong creative development
  • Partner with media counterparts to review creative performance
  • Effectively brief and project manage assignments
  • Quality control exports to ensure creative standards
  • Develop processes for cross-functional collaboration
