Overview
Location: Bend, Oregon (Virtual)
Schedule: 6-18 hours/week; 4-5 days/week; includes weekends
Pay Range: $80.00 - $100.00 per hour
Embark Behavioral Health Bend is seeking a licensed mental health therapist to serve as an independent contractor facilitating group therapy with our residential treatment center. This role is ideal for a clinician who brings unique interests, certifications, or experiential skills- such as yoga, mindfulness, expressive arts, adventure therapy, or other creative modalities- to engage youth in meaningful therapeutic work.

Located in Bend, Oregon, our residential treatment facility supports youth aged 10-17 struggling with behavioral health and mental health challenges. Our home-style environment emphasizes community connection, emotional safety, and interpersonal growth.

Responsibilities
- Facilitate evidence-based group therapy sessions for adolescents.
- Integrate experiential or specialty modalities when appropriate.
- Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and comply with all regulations.
- Uphold ethical guidelines and standards of professional conduct.
- Provide individual or family therapy coverage as needed.
- Opportunity to provide parent coaching
Qualifications
- Independent clinical license in Oregon (LMFT, LCSW, LPC, PsyD, or PhD).
- Strong understanding of ethical standards and boundaries.
- Experience and passion for working with adolescents.
- Ability to navigate basic computer programs and electronic documentation.
- Must pass drug screening, background check, and TB test.
- Willingness to obtain a CAQH profile and NPI during onboarding.
