In this role, you will assist individuals who have requested information about available benefit programs and help guide them through a simple virtual process.
This position is fully remote and offers structured training, ongoing support, and clear opportunities for professional growth.
- Communicate with individuals who have requested information about benefit programs
- Provide guidance on enrollment materials and confirm eligibility
- Answer questions and provide clear explanations of available coverage options
- Conduct brief virtual meetings to review program details
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and documentation
- Stay informed on updates to programs, services, and procedures through ongoing training
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or client-facing roles is helpful but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks
