Job Description
Role Description
We’re looking for a seasoned Senior Product Marketing Manager, Collaboration + Scale to take full ownership of Webflow’s collaboration, governance, and asset management capabilities. This role will define how teams work together and manage content in Webflow — from roles and permissions, publishing workflows, and user management to enterprise-grade asset organization and compliance.
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer teams to shape the strategy, positioning, and go-to-market for features that enable organizations to confidently scale Webflow across teams, departments, and regions.
- Bring a net-new asset management product to market.
- Develop a deep understanding of Webflow’s collaboration, governance, and enterprise capabilities — and the customers who rely on them — to drive clear, compelling positioning and adoption.
- Enable Sales and Customer teams with the differentiated narratives, materials, and tools needed to sell and expand Webflow in larger, more complex organizations.
- Own positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for Webflow’s asset management capabilities, including bringing a zero-to-one product to market.
- Develop clear narratives that communicate the value of asset management for enterprise teams — including reuse, governance, brand consistency, and scale.
- Partner closely with Product and Design to define how asset management fits into broader collaboration, permissions, and publishing workflows.
- Lead launches for new collaboration and scale features, serving as the connective tissue between Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer teams.
- Translate complex technical and operational concepts (permissions models, governance, compliance requirements) into clear customer value.
- Collaborate with Pricing & Packaging partners to ensure our plans support customers scaling into enterprise use cases.
Qualifications
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of product marketing experience – an added bonus if you have experience managing and leading teams
- Experience marketing products related to content, asset management, or content operations (e.g. DAMs, CMSs, media libraries, or brand systems)
- Solid foundational understanding of the challenges facing Marketing teams at Enterprise organizations
Requirements
- Excited by zero-to-one product work and comfortable shaping narrative while a product is still evolving
- Experience with a sales-led motion and enjoy partnering with Sales organization to make that team successful
- Strong empathy for multiple buyer and user personas, from practitioners to admins and enterprise stakeholders
- Love turning complex technical concepts into simple, thoughtful, and compelling stories in a visual manner
- Enjoy looking ‘under the hood’ to understand how things work and turning one-time initiatives into repeatable programs
- Experience with Webflow or similar web development technology
- Naturally curious, highly-proactive and a self-starter capable of independently leading several projects with limited direction
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills
- Collaborative nature and exceptional interpersonal skills
- Stay curious and open to growth — actively building fluency in emerging technologies like AI to unlock creativity, accelerate progress, and amplify impact.
Benefits
- Ownership in what you help build: Every permanent Webflower receives equity (RSUs) in our growing, privately held company.
- Health coverage that actually covers you: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans for full-time employees and their dependents, with Webflow covering most premiums.
- Support for every stage of family life: 12 weeks of paid parental leave for all parents and 6+ weeks of additional paid leave for birthing parents. Plus inclusive care for family planning, menopause, and midlife transitions.
- Time off that’s actually off: Flexible vacation, paid holidays, and a sabbatical program to help you recharge and come back inspired.
- Wellness for the whole you: Access to mental health resources, therapy, and coaching.
- Invest in your future: A 401(k) with 100% employer match (up to $6,000/year) in the U.S., and support for retirement savings globally.
- Monthly stipends that flex with your life: Localized support for work and wellness expenses — from Wi-Fi to workouts.
- Bonus for building together: All full-time, permanent, non-commission employees are eligible for our annual WIN bonus program.
