Job Description
Role Description
The Manager, Enterprise Applications, leads a team of IT professionals responsible for development, configuration, administration, optimization, and support of the Microsoft Productivity application suite. This includes the technology platform and application suite, governance of user identities, and secure access to systems.
- Deep understanding of Microsoft Productivity suite applications expected, including Teams, SharePoint, Viva Engage, Outlook + Exchange, OneDrive, EntraID, MS Office, M365 CoPilot, and Forms.
- Helpful to have knowledge of PowerApps, Power Automate, PowerBI, and Planner.
- Experience in technology solutions, development processes, and best practices related to platform and identity management.
- Develop and implement IT strategies that drive application and platform performance, utility, and adoption.
- Lead and manage a team of technology professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and high performance.
- Support and champion a strategic technology vision that aligns with JAX's mission, incorporating comprehensive industry and functional insights.
- Continuously improve service management processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in technology delivery.
- Manage the budget for technology projects and software licensing, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and cost-effective delivery.
- Partner closely with Product Owner and stakeholders, Microsoft administrators, architects, security teams, and business stakeholders to ensure high-quality execution and alignment.
- Analyze user behavior, feedback, and adoption data to identify opportunities to enhance productivity and collaboration across the organization.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of technology initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
- Identify and prioritize value creation opportunities based on detailed assessment and analysis of current technology footprint.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience managing technology applications and/or platforms, with a proven track record of leading and managing teams and delivering successful technology projects.
- Experience leading small teams of varying complexity.
- Experience with product owning one or more projects.
- Ability to influence and foster buy-in at all levels.
- Strong communication skills: verbal, written, and listening to various levels across the organization.
- Ability to gain broad understanding of overall application management roadmaps and related strategies.
- Working knowledge of Agile Frameworks, preferably Scrum and/or SAFe, as well as IT service management, preferably ITIL.
- Associate degree required; bachelor's degree preferred.

- Pay range: $98,885.00 - $165,554.00
