Role Description
The Senior Director, Growth Operations at Real Chemistry will lead the execution and continuous improvement of centralized growth operations across the enterprise. This role is responsible for managing and optimizing end-to-end growth workflows—including intake, data collection, systems inputs, and cross-functional processes—to ensure consistency, efficiency, and alignment with Real Chemistry’s growth strategy.
Reporting into Real Chemistry’s growth leadership, this role partners closely with New Business, Client Experience, Capabilities, Finance, and Technology teams to reduce duplication, improve visibility, and enable faster, more seamless execution. The Senior Director will assess current growth processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement scalable operational solutions that support opportunity development and response, data management, and enterprise delivery.
This is a hybrid role, based in any of our US offices—including New York City, Boston, Chicago, Carmel, or San Francisco—or remotely within the US, depending on team and business needs.
What You’ll Do
- Own and manage centralized growth operations, including intake processes, data capture, systems inputs, and workflow coordination.
- Evaluate and optimize existing processes, identifying gaps, redundancies, and inefficiencies.
- Drive day-to-day execution of growth workflows across cross-functional teams.
- Partner with sales ops, technology, and data teams to ensure systems are implemented, aligned, and consistently used.
- Promote strong communication and collaboration across internal teams.
- Support leadership with accurate, timely reporting.
- Establish operating rhythms, documentation, and governance.
- Champion process adoption and change management.
Qualifications
- 8-10+ years of experience in healthcare, life sciences, or professional services.
- Experience building or optimizing centralized operational workflows.
- Strong cross-functional partnership and influence skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to improve operational efficiency while maintaining flexibility.
Requirements
Pay Range: $150,000.00 – $170,000
