Job Description
Role Description
Join the Global LT community and help provide language lessons to business professionals and their families worldwide. We are hiring an Online Vietnamese Teacher to provide customized online lessons to our clients.
You will have an active and independent role as a language teacher.
- Access to the teachers' platform and receive offers once onboarded
- Assistance from your Talent Success Coach to accept classes that match your schedule and preferences
- Complete control over your lessons with no minimum number of hours required weekly or monthly
Position Details:
- Individual class for a gentleman
- Availability: Tuesday and Saturday morning (Vietnam time)
- Preferred start date: ASAP
- Lesson Frequency: 2x a week
- Lesson Duration: 1 hour
- Current target language level: Beginner level
- Language needs and goals: A general Vietnamese class that focuses on daily communication, mainly with an experienced teacher who can also speak Mandarin
- Delivering tailored, dynamic, effective, and engaging lessons
- Developing curricula based on learners’ proficiency level and desired outcomes
- Monitoring students’ progress and guiding learners towards learning goals
- Communicating in an efficient, effective, and professional manner
Qualifications
- Native or near-native written and spoken proficiency in the target language
- Degree or certification in language teaching, education, instructional design, writing, language, linguistics, second language acquisition, or related field
- Minimum of two years of experience teaching Vietnamese
