Job Description
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing real estate transactions within land development, homebuilding, real estate investment, or real estate finance.
- Strong understanding of the real estate transaction lifecycle from contract execution through closing and funding.
- Experience coordinating complex, multi-party transactions involving lenders, equity partners, attorneys, title companies, and consultants.
- Familiarity with builder processes, entitlements, and due diligence requirements.
- Ability to review and interpret real estate agreements including Purchase and Sale Agreements and Lot Purchase Agreements.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple active transactions simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort working directly with legal, financial, and development stakeholders.
- Proficiency with project management tools and workflow systems (experience with Asana preferred).
- Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of operating independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving ability with a focus on process discipline, accountability, and execution excellence.
