• Own and manage the full transaction lifecycle from Purchase & Sale Agreement execution through funding and closing. • Develop and maintain detailed closing timelines, checklists, and deliverables to ensure efficient deal execution. • Coordinate with internal teams, lenders, equity partners, attorneys, title companies, and consultants throughout the transaction process. • Oversee due diligence activities including environmental, geotechnical, survey, title, engineering, and entitlement documentation. • Identify potential transaction risks, delays, or missing information and escalate issues proactively. • Serve as the primary execution contact for lenders, capital partners, and internal finance teams during closing processes. • Review transaction documentation such as Purchase and Sale Agreements, Lot Purchase Agreements, assignments, amendments, and closing documents to track progress and flag concerns. • Manage communication with builder partners regarding due diligence materials, entitlement documentation, and closing requirements. • Maintain project management workflows and transaction tracking systems to ensure real-time visibility into deal status. • Establish and refine scalable processes and workflows that support increased transaction volume as the company grows.
